The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By The Documentation For The Award Of Construction Works And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions, Which Form Annexes No. 4 And 5 Of The Call For Tenders And At The Same Time The Tender Documentation. The Client Also Requires That The Construction Work Does Not Disrupt The Course Of The Planned Events Of The Neighboring Building Of The Cultural Facility Of The Community Center Pluhárna. An Overview Of The Currently Planned Events Is Included In Annex No. 8 Of The Invitation To Bid And At The Same Time The Procurement Documentation, The List Of Events May Be Expanded During Implementation. This Public Order Is Co-Financed By The Central Bohemian Region, The Statutory City Of Mladá Boleslav And The Škoda Auto Foundation. Taking Into Account The Fact That The Subject Of Performance Is Financed From Several Sources, And Also Taking Into Account The Fact That The Competitive Prices Of The Performance In Tender Procedures Deviate From The Set Expected Value (Both Up And Down), The Contracting Authority Was Forced To Divide The Subject Of Performance Into The Main Part And The Optional Part, Mainly For The Reason Of Ensuring The Financing Of The Given Construction. According To § 100 Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Therefore Reserves The Right To Change The Obligation From The Contract To A Public Contract. The Customer Has The Right To Request Additional Work From The Contractor, Consisting Of The Realization Of The Gazebo P03 (Without Paving), The Island Seating P04 And The Access Stairs P27 Listed In The List Of Dimensions As 554C.1B Park For Seniors 1St Stage - Shot No. 2. The Price Of These Optional Works Will Correspond To The Awarded Budget Submitted By The Selected Supplier To The Procurement Process, While The Budget Will Be Attached To The Contract For The Work. The Contracting Authority Will Use The Reserved Change Of Commitment In The Event That It Has Secured Financing For This Optional Part. The Optional Part Is Indicated In Appendix No. 9 Of This Call, In The Map Under The Letters B.
