The Public Contract Deals With The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works In The Event Construction Modifications To Reduce Energy Consumption, Extension And Extension Of The Strážkovice Cultural House. The Strážkovice Cultural House Was Built In 1983 As Part Of The Z Event. During The Entire Period Of Use, The Building Of The Hall Was Not Reconstructed, Only The Sanitary Facilities Of The Restaurant And The Hall, Located In The Vestibule Of The Building, Were Repaired. The Building Is Very Energy-Intensive, The Heating System Is Partially Non-Functional. The Building Has Damaged Exterior Plasters, The Original Wardrobes Are Damp, The Window And Door Panels Are Attacked By Rot. The Goal Of The Building Modifications Is The Construction And Expansion Of The Existing Facilities, The Extension Of The Staircase And The Superstructure Above The Restaurant Building, And The Overall Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of The Entire Building, Including The Establishment Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant On The Roof Of The Building. The Kd Building Has A Multi-Purpose Hall, A Restaurant With A Kitchen And Storage And Hygiene Facilities. The Presented Action Consists Of Two Parts: 1) Building Modifications, Extension And Extension Of Kd Strážkovice In This Part Of The Event, An Outdoor Staircase Will Be Added To The New Attic. In The Superstructure Above The Restaurant, The Entrance Part And The Technical Facilities, New Attic Spaces Will Be Established, Which Will Be Used For The Needs Of The Community Center Of The Citizens Of The Village. Part Of The Community Center Will Be The Addition Of An Access Staircase From The Landing Of The Original Outdoor Submitted Staircase Leading To The Cultural Center And Restaurant. Part Of The Community Center Superstructure Is A Corridor, Mens And Womens Sanitary Facilities, A Cleaning Room, An Office - A Lecturers Cabinet With Sanitary Facilities And A Storage Room For Tools In The Attic Above The Office And The Corridor. In The Rear Northwest Part Of The Superstructure, There Is Access To The File Room And Engine Room From The Area Of The Covered Open Corridor. All Spaces Will Be Heated And Tempered By A System Of Installed Heat Pumps. 2) Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of Kd Strážkovice The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out In This Part Of The Event: A) Construction Modifications Of The Building Leading To The Improvement Of The Thermal Technical Properties Of The Perimeter Structures Of The Building; B) Supplementing The Existing Method Of Heating The Building With Two Air/Water Heat Pumps With A Total Output Of 30 Kw; C) Construction Of A Forced Ventilation System With Waste Heat Recovery; D) Modernization Of Interior Lighting By Replacing Existing Lighting Fixtures With Lamps With Led Technology; E) Measures To Eliminate Negative Acoustic Phenomena Carried Out On The Ceiling And Walls Of The Main Hall And On The Ceiling Of The Restaurant; F) External Shading Elements Of The Entire Side Wall Of The Main Hall; G) Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems On The Flat Roof Of The Cultural Center.
