The City Of Wetaskiwin (The “City”) Is Seeking A Qualified Consulting Partner To Deliver Phase 0 Services For The Replacement Of The City’S Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) System. The Consultant Will Conduct Erp Visioning And Strategic Planning, Lead Requirements Development, Prepare A Comprehensive Erp System Replacement Rfp, Provide Evaluation Tools And Demonstration Scripts, And Facilitate The Subsequent Procurement And Negotiations With Erp Vendors. The Scope Also Includes An Optional, Separately Priced Add-On For Implementation Advisory Services During The Erp Implementation Phase.
