The Service Center Of The City Of Helsinki (Later Palveukeskus Helsinki) Uses This Information Request To Survey The Options Available On The Market For Food And Bakery Products For Helsinkis Schools, Daycare Centers And The Care Sector. A More Detailed Description Of The Acquisition Can Be Found In The Request For Information And Its Attachments. The Procurement Consists Of The Following Product Lines:- Carrot Box- Potato-Sweet Potato Box/Potato Box- Llantu Box- Fish Meatloaf Steak- Fish Roll- Roach Meatloaf Product- Vegetable Piece Product 1 (Traditional Style)- Vegetable Piece Product 2 (With Falafel Style)- Vegetable Piece Product 3 (Falafel Style)- Vegetable Piece Product 4 - Vegetable Piece Product 5- Broiler Meatball Steak- Meat Roll Or -Stick- Hybrid Meatloaf Product- Minced Beef Patty- Laskais Bun- Lucian Bun- Pancake- Ham Temptation - Vegetarian Temptation - Minced Meat-Potato Puree Box - Vegetable-Potato Puree Box Diet Products:- Special Diet Fish-Meat Steak- Special Diet Fish-Meat Round- Gluten-Free Bread (May Contain Gluten-Free Oats)- Gluten-Free Bread (Must Not Contain Gluten-Free Oats) - Gluten-Free Vegetarian Pizza Or Pie - Gluten-Free Pancake Or Pancake - Gluten-Free Berry Pie Or Bun With Berries - Gluten-Free Cocoa-Based Cake - Gluten-Free Coffee Cake, Muffin Or Donut Those Who Respond To The Request For Information Are Asked To Fill In The Procurement Program Attached To The Request For Information (Appendix 3). The Request For Information Also Includes A Draft Contract And A Liability Appendix. According To The Preliminary Plan, Empty Lines Are Allowed In The Future Procurement, I.E. The Bidder Chooses Which Products (Lines) It Offers. The Procurement Unit Compares The Offered Products Line By Line. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Actual Request For Tenders Would Be Published At The Turn Of August-September 2026, And The Contract Period Would Tentatively Start At The Beginning Of 2027. The Helsinki Service Center Requests Responses To The Request For Information Procurement Program Document Attached To The Request For Information. All Comments Are Requested To Be Written In The Same Document. We Ask That You Send The Answers To The Above-Mentioned Document By E-Mail To The Address [email protected] By 12:00 On 29 May 2026 At The Latest. Palvekukeskus Helsinki Will Treat The Answers Confidentially. The Information Received In The Request For Information Will Be Used Internally In The Preparation Of Tendering For The Future Procurement Of Palvekukeskus Helsinki. All The Information Presented In The Request For Information And The Answers Given To It Are Preliminary And Do Not Bind The Procurement Unit Or Those Who Responded To This Request For Information. The Final Tendering Process Schedule Will Be Decided Later.
