With This Request For Information, The Hus Corporation (Hereinafter Hus) Starts A Market Survey For A Future Acquisition. The Aim Of This Advance Notice Is To Find Suppliers Operating In The Field, To Obtain Information About The Solutions Available On The Market And To Inform About Future Procurement Plans And Requirements. Object Of Procurement The Request For Information Concerns Nucleic Acid Diagnostic Controls For Clinical Virology For Quantitative Pcr Diagnostics Of The Following Pathogens: Bk Virus, Jc Virus, Adenovirus, Epstein-Barr Virus, Cytomegalovirus, Human Herpes Virus 6, Hi Virus 1, Hepatitis B Virus And Hepatitis C Virus. Instructions For Responding To Information Requests Please Familiarize Yourself With The Content Of This Information Request And Send The Answers To The Questions Below By Email To The Address [email protected]. Questions To Which We Request Answers With The Request For Information: 1. Which Of The Controls Listed Above Is In Your Selection? 2. What Are The Rna Or Dna Concentrations In Your Controls? 3. Are The Controls In Your Selection Nucleic Acid Or Does The Laboratory Isolate Nucleic Acid From The Product Itself? 4. Are The Pcr Controls In Your Selection Intended For Controlling A Single Pathogen, Or Do Your Products Also Include (Multiplex) Kits That Identify Several Pathogens? 5. Is The Product As Such Ready To Use For Pcr Reaction Or Nucleic Acid Isolation, Or Does It Need To Be Treated, And If So, What, Before Use (E.G. Dissolving Or Diluting)? 6. What Method Is Used To Determine The Nucleic Acid Content Of The Control? 7. Are The Controls In Your Selection Test-Bound (Or Can The Controls Be Used For Several Types Of Tests)? 8. If Test-Related, Which Manufacturers Devices/Tests Are The Controls In Your Selection Suitable For? 9. At What Temperature Can The Controls In Your Range Be Stored? 10. How Long Do The Controls Remain Usable In Their Packaging, Unopened And Opened? Are Instructions On The Usage Time Of The Controls Marked On The Product Packaging? 11. In What Quantities (Ml) Are The Products Sold? Are There Minimum Lots? 12. What Are The Delivery Times Of Your Products? Is There An Interim Warehouse In Finland? 13. We Also Ask That You Clearly Mark If It Is A Research Use Only (Ruo) Or In-Vitro Diagnostics (Ivd) Product. Does The Control Comply With Ce-Ivdd Or Ce-Ivdr Requirements, And If It Does Not Yet Comply With Ce-Ivdr Requirements, Are We Applying For A Mark And If So, When Do You Estimate That The Product Will Receive A Ce-Ivdr Conformity Mark? 14. In Your Opinion, Are There Any Minimum Requirements That All Controls Offered In The Tender Should Meet? 15. In Your Opinion, Are There Any Quality Factors Of The Products That Should Be Taken Into Account In The Tender, E.G. Quality Scoring? 16.
