The Employment Regions Of Helsinki, Espoo And Vantaa Are Preparing, In Cooperation With Pks, The Establishment Of A Dynamic Supplier Register For The Acquisition Of Result-Based Coaching Services And Possible Additional Services For Individual And Employer Clients Of The Employment Services In The Capital Region. Within The Register, Various Coaching Solutions That Promote Employment And Reciprocity Will Be Tendered For Subscribers. According To The Act On The Organization Of Employment Services (Act On The Organization Of Employment Services 380/2023), The Employment Authority Organizes Coaching For Clients (Section 53) As Follows: 1) In Applying For A Job (Job Search Coaching); And3) In Getting A Job And In The Training Carried Out At The Workplace (Job Training). The Labor Authority Can Organize Training For Companies In Hiring Employees And Developing Employer Skills. The Price Of The Service Is Considered A De Minimis Subsidy For The Company. In Addition To This, Subscribers Can Also Use The Register To Purchase Other Results-Based Coaching Services. The Plan Is To Establish A Dynamic Supplier Register In The Spring Of 2026 And It Would Be Valid Until Further Notice. However, The Subscriber Has The Right To Cancel The Register During Its Validity Period, If The Need For Procurement Changes. The Dynamic Supplier Register Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: 1. Training Services For Personal Customers 2. Training Services For Business Customers Suppliers Can Register In The Register For Either Or Both Sub-Areas. This Market Dialogue And Information Request Concerns The Suitability Requirements Of The Supplier Register And The Reference Requirements Related To Sub-Area 2. Training Services For Business Customers. The Procurement Unit Asks Service Providers To Participate In The Market Dialogue And Information Request By Answering The Webropol Survey. With The Same Survey, You Both Register For The Market Dialogue And Answer The Request For Information. The Questionnaire Contains The Common Suitability Requirements Of The Supplier Register As Well As The References For Sub-Area 2. Coaching Services For Business Customers.
