The Building Plot Is Approximately 3,012 M². A Minimum Floor Space Index (Fsi) Of 1.5 Applies To This Location, Which Means That The Commercial Building To Be Constructed Must Have A Minimum Gross Floor Area (Gfa) Of 4,518 M².
