Tenders Are Invited For Supplies For The Preparation Of Drugs For Intravenous Administration

2.1. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Sign A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Supplies For The Preparation Of Drugs For Intravenous Administration. Product Descriptions Are Given In Appendix 1. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Conducting Training On The Use Of Each Offered Product At The Request Of The Procurer. The Training Must Be Conducted In The Estonian Language And The Venue Is The Foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu Or The Joint-Stock Company Põlva Haigla Uus 2, Põlva, Respectively. The Procurement Is Divided Into 6 Parts. The Offer Can Be Submitted Either For One Or Several Parts. The Framework Contracts Are Concluded According To The Terms Of Appendix 2 (1 Supplier) Or Appendix 3 (2 Suppliers) For Each Part With A Separate Deadline Of 30.09.2029. In The Event That The Same Bidder Is Recognized As Successful In Several Parts, A Single Framework Contract Covering All Relevant Parts Of The Procurement Will Be Concluded With Him. The Expected Quantities Indicated In Annex 1 Are Based On The Previous Experience Of The Procurer And Are Not Binding For The Execution Of The Framework Contract. The Qualification Conditions Can Be Found In The Basic Public Procurement Document Instructions For The Tenderer.
