Tenders Are Invited For Project Management Mandate For The Extension Of The T7 Tramway (Athis-Mons-Juvisy Sur Orge)

The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is A Project Management Mandate As Part Of The Continuation Of The T7 Operation Between Athis-Mons - Juvisy-Sur-Orge (T7amj). Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement, The Contractor Acts In The Name And On Behalf Of The Project Owner, And More Particularly During The Following Phases: Assistance In The Award Of Works Contracts (Act) And Any Other Contract Necessary For The Execution Of The Operation; Compliance Of Execution Studies (Exe) And Visa (Visa); Management Of Works Execution (Det); Assistance Upon Receipt And During Warranty (Aor); Assistance With Preparation For Operation And Commercial Commissioning. These Phases Are, In Part, Already Operationally Underway. The Agent Is Expected To Carry Out The Missions By Integrating The Progress To Date Of These Phases. The Agent Ensures, Throughout The Duration Of The Operation, Therefore For All Phases Of The Operation, And This, Upon Notification Of This Framework Agreement, The Following Missions: - Organization And General Planning Of The Operation, - Overall Management Of Studies Or Resumption Of Studies, - General Coordination, - Technical Assistance (Thematic Expertise, Opinions, Advice) And Legal, - Control Of The Project Interface With The Concessionaires, - Supervision, Management, Organization And Monitoring Of All Administrative, Environmental And Safety Procedures, - Risk Management, - Assistance In The Development And Implementation Of The Communication Plan, - Management Of The Purchasing Strategy Of The Operation And The Execution Of Intellectual Service Contracts, - Accounting Management And Control Of Payments, Overall Budgetary And Financial Monitoring, - Management Of Land Control And Agreements For The Operation, - Relations With Third Parties, Compensation, And Assistance In Legal Actions, Preparation Of Subsequent Management And Work Handover Agreements. In Addition, The Holder Is Also Expected To Ensure Additional Missions Identified In Article 1.4 Of The Ccap And The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Meeting Specific Needs. The Current T7 Tram Line Between Villejuif And Athis-Mons Was Put Into Service In November 2013. It Is 11.2 Km Long And Serves 18 Stations. Its Current Terminus Is Located At Athis-Mons Porte De L’Essonne. The T7 Extension Project, In The Municipalities Of Athis-Mons, Paray-Vieille-Poste And Juvisy, Is Presented To The Cctp.
