The Client Aims To Limit The Number Of Mini-Competitions To One (1) Per Year, But More May Be Needed. Calls Are Carried Out If Necessary. A Mini-Competition Is Used As A General Rule For Tenders Where The Total List Price Exceeds Nok 200,000 E.G. Vat, But The Client Reserves The Right To Use Mini-Competition Also For Smaller Procurements. In The Case Of Individual Tenders That Do Not Trigger A Mini-Competition, Tenders Are Awarded To The Supplier Who Is Ranked Number 1 In The Framework Agreements Allocation. If The Supplier Ranked As No. 1 Cannot Deliver Within The Terms Of The Framework Agreement, Call-Off Can Be Assigned To The Supplier Ranked As No. 2.
