Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of It Equipment (Pc, Monitors, Peripheral And Meeting Room Equipment) Procedure: Limited Tendering (Two-Stage) - Foa Part Iii Framework Agreement: 3 Years + Option 1 Year Parallel Framework Agreements: 2 Suppliers Mini-Competition: List Price > Nok 200,000 The Purpose Is To Establish Parallel Framework Agreements With 2 Suppliers For The Ongoing Purchase Of It Equipment For Approx. 65 Employees And Approx. 10 Meeting Rooms Spread Over Locations In Oslo And Tromsø. The Client Aims To Limit The Number Of Mini-Competitions To One (1) Per Year, But More May Be Needed. Calls Are Carried Out If Necessary. A Mini-Competition Is Used As A General Rule For Tenders Where The Total List Price Exceeds Nok 200,000 E.G. Vat, But The Client Reserves The Right To Use Mini-Competition Also For Smaller Procurements. In The Case Of Individual Tenders That Do Not Trigger A Mini-Competition, Tenders Are Awarded To The Supplier Who Is Ranked Number 1 In The Framework Agreements Allocation. If The Supplier Ranked As No. 1 Cannot Deliver Within The Terms Of The Framework Agreement, Call-Off Can Be Assigned To The Supplier Ranked As No. 2.
