The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Obtain Input From The Market On How The Centres Overall Needs For Digital Services Can Best Be Met, Including Whether The Market Can Deliver A Comprehensive Solution Through One Supplier, Possibly With The Use Of Subcontractors, Or Whether The Need Should Be Split Up. The 22 July Center Is A National Memory And Learning Center Under The Ministry Of Education. The Center Is At The Forefront Of Several Development Processes Linked To Digital Dissemination, Teaching, Communication And Security. The Need Includes, Among Other Things, Management And Further Development Of The Existing Website, Digital Teaching Solutions, Technical Operation And Security, Monitoring And Preparedness, Communication Services As Well As The Implementation Of A New Visual Profile. The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out Through A Written Input Note, And It May Be Appropriate To Invite Certain Suppliers To One-To-One Meetings. Participation In The Market Dialogue Is Voluntary, Does Not Obligate The Parties And Is Not A Prerequisite For Participation In Any Subsequent Competition.
