The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Execution Of Authors Supervision For Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project For Reconstruction Of A Trolley Bus Contact Network In The City Of Pleven, Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works And Exercising Authors Supervision, According To The Technical Specifications And Annexes 1 And 2, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Investment Design With A Technical Investment Project, The Specific Project Decisions Should Be Clarified To The Extent That Provides An Opportunity For The Comprehensive Implementation Of All Types Of Smr On The Site, As Well As Project Decisions Should Be Given That Ensure Compliance With The Requirements For Constructions Under Art. 169 Of The Zut. The Design Is Single-Phase. The Separate Parts Of The Project Must Be Developed In Volume, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of The Ministry Of Land Development And Infrastructure Of 21.05.2001. On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects (Sg No. 51 Of 2001) The Project Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, In The Technical Project Phase, Incl. Text And Graphic Part, Detailed Accounting Documentation For Individual Specialties And To Contain The Project Parts Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications. Each Project Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, A Graphic Part - Diagrams, Drawings And Details Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Smp, Technical Specification Of The Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Quantitative Calculations. Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Of The Object, With The Eligible Designers And According To The Zut. Construction Includes The Implementation Of All Activities For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Site, According To The Approved Technical Project, Technical Specifications And All Rules And Regulations For Construction In Bulgarian Legislation. The Full Scope Of Activities Is Detailed In The Technical Specification And Annexes 1 And 2, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
