The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Logistics And Organizational And Technical Preparation Of Events, Including But Not Limited To: Provision Of Transport (Except Air); Hotel Accommodation; Technical Equipment; Provision Of Meals And Coffee Breaks. The Events Will Be Held On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Can Be In Different Formats - Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Exchange Of Good Practices, Information Days, Congresses, Round Tables, Workshops, Meetings, Etc. The Organization And Conduct Of The Events Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements For Accommodation, Technical Equipment In The Event Venues, The Organization Of Participants Meals, Transport To The Event Venue, Etc. Described In The Technical Specification.
