The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator, For Sites In The Western District, Plovdiv Municipality, Located On Its Territory, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee). The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Low-Voltage Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
