The Object Of The Order Is The Supply Of Dicalcium Phosphate According To Preliminary Written Requests For The Needs Of Ipzhz-Troyan City Of Troyan, According To The Technical Requirements Of The Position And The Conditions Of The Documentation For Participation. The Dicalcium Phosphate Is Delivered As Its Quality Meets The Requirements Of Bulgarian And International Standards (Or Equivalent), And Each Delivery Is Accompanied By A Quality Certificate (Declaration Of Conformity) And A Declaration Of Origin. Each Shipment Of Dicalcium Phosphate Should Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of Analysis, Declaration Or Other Document Certifying That It Has Not Been Treated With Chemicals And Is Suitable For Animal Consumption. The Cut For Delivery Of The Dicalcium Phosphate (Bulk/In Sacks) Is Specified Between The Employer And The Contractor When The Requests Are Submitted. All Discrepancies In Terms Of Quality And Quantity Are Reflected In A Reception-Transmission Protocol. In The Presence Of Obvious Defects Of The Goods, Expressed In Broken Integrity Or Visible Changes In External Marks, Or Other Deviations Related To Its Quality And Suitability For Intended Use, Complaints Are Made Within 3 (Three) Working Days, And The Presence Of These Circumstances Is Reflected In The Acceptance-Handover Protocol. Each Of The Parties Retains A Control Arbitration Sample Of The Delivered Goods, Which Serves To Prove Its Quality In Case Of Disputes Between The Parties To The Contract, Which Are Proven By A Certified Laboratory. The Price Is Stated In The Price Offer, In Euros With/Without Vat, To The Second Decimal Place, Per Kilogram, For The Supply Of Dicalcium Phosphate. The Object Of The Public Procurement Includes 1 (One) Separate Item. The Technical Specification Is Made Up Of The Necessary Feeds For The Nutritional Process Of The Animals In The Ipzhz-Troyan For A Period Of 11 (Eleven) Months. Delivery Period - Deliveries Are Made After Receiving A Request - In Writing Or By Fax Or E-Mail - Within The Period Offered By The Participant, But No Later Than 7 (Seven) Days, Counted From The Receipt Of The Request By The Contracting Authority. Deliveries Should Be Made Only After A Request (In Writing Or By Fax Or E-Mail) Of The Employer And Only In The Quantities Specified In The Relevant Request, With The Transport Costs For Their Delivery Being Borne By The Contractor.
