1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Road And Sidewalk Along District Road No. 3325 L (Ul. Orla In Zamość).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Reconstruction Of The Road And Sidewalk Along The District Road No. 3325 L (Ul. Orla In Zamość) - Renovation Of The Existing Road, Renovation Of Existing Exits, Protection Of Existing Utility Networks (If Exposed), Renovation Of The Existing Sidewalk, Including: A) Preparatory Works, B) Demolition Works, C) Construction Of A New Structure, D) Construction Of Asphalt Layers, E) Street Markings And Road Safety Devices, F) External Devices, G) Concrete Elements Prefabricated,H) Pedestrian Road,I) Construction Of Exits,J) Finishing Works.2.2. Temporary And Permanent Road Traffic Organization. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop And Agree On The Temporary Traffic Organization And Mark The Construction Site, B) Install Horizontal And Vertical Markings In Accordance With The Approved Permanent Road Traffic Organization.3. The Ordering Party Requires 6 As-Built Maps.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The As-Built Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Works Are Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting An Annex To The Swz, In Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Design Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - Recommends That They Be Treated As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operation And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, And Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Materials Used Must Correspond To The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation, And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Devices Used Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party - Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Names, Types Of Dev
