The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bituminous Municipal Roads By Laying A New Surface In The Kowalewo Pomorskie Commune In The Bielsk, Chełmoniec And Szychowo Registration Districts, Aimed At Improving The Technical Parameters Of These Roads. Total Length Of Sections - 1,800 M. Total Area Of The 4 M Wide Road - 7,200 M2. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Cleaning And Preparation Of The Surface, - Renovation Defects In The Existing Surface, Sprinkling The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 10 Dm3/M2, - A Layer Of Surface Treatment With Emulsion And Basalt Grits 5-8 Mm, - Rolling The Surface, - A Layer Of Surface Treatment With Emulsion And Basalt Grits 2-5 Mm, - Rolling The Surface. Surface Treatment Of The Surface Is A Maintenance Procedure That Allows For Repair And Sealing Of The Existing Surface. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Practices, As Well As The Ordering Partys Guidelines And Its Own Inspections And Measurements Made In The Field. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Verified And Treated As Supporting Material For Determining The Remuneration.3. To Perform The Ordered Construction Work, The Contractor Will Use Its Own Materials That Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Investors Supervision Inspector, Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval Of Each Product Used On The Construction Site. The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party Is Absolutely Required To Change The Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Mark The Works Carried Out And To Ensure The Technical Condition And Correct Marking Throughout The Duration Of The Task.5. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including, Among Others: For Damage To Green Areas, Road Surfaces, Squares And Sidewalks, Damage To Real Estate Located Within The Impact Of The Works Performed, Which Should Be Included In The Remuneration.6.
