The Scope Includes Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or No Objection From The Construction Supervision Authority To The Notification Of Completion Of Construction.4. Scope Of Work: 1) Development Of A Construction Design, 2) Development Of Technical And Executive Designs, 3) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Development Of Bid Cost Estimates, 5) Development Of All Necessary Industries, Including: Road Industry, Installation Industry (Including Lighting, Monitoring), 6) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Consents, Decisions, Conditions, Opinions, Expert Opinions, 7) Execution Of As-Built Projects, Including Surveying Report,8) Performance Of Construction Works, Assembly Works, Supplies Of Devices, Equipment, Equipment,9) Obtaining Documents Necessary For The Use Of The Facility.6.
