Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of Contracts Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code, And The Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned.
