The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Was Specified: 1/ In The Specifications Of The Order Conditions, 2/ Design Documentation, 3/ Stwiorb.6. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Exercise Of Investor Supervision In Order To Effectively Enforce From The Contractor: Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Including In Accordance With The Design Documentation Using Appropriate Quality Materials And Technologies, Settlement Of Works Based On Contractual Provisions And Completion Of Works Within The Time Specified In The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Exercise Investor Supervision Of The Entire Investment Process In All Sectors Of Work Related To The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks From The Date Of Signing The Contract Through Introducing The Contractor To The Construction Site To Participating In All Necessary Activities Until The Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works. The Obligations Of Performing The Function Of A Supervision Inspector Are Extended To The Duration Of The Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Of The Contractor.8. The Performance Of The Service Requires Securing Persons To Act As Supervisory Inspectors With Construction Qualifications To Manage Construction Works In The Following Specialties: A) In The Construction Specialty, B) In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Devices: - Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage, - Electricity And Power, - Telecommunications. 9.
