A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 9, 64-111 Lipno.4. The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order: A) The Quality Guarantee Will Be Honored In The Entire Declared Period Of Validity. The Contractor Ceases To Conduct Business Or Loses Its Authorization).B) The Quality Guarantee Covers All Components Of The Machine, Including The Drive Transmission System, Hydraulic System, Electronics And Accessories, Excluding Only Consumables (Filters, Oils, V-Belts, Light Bulbs, Fuses, Tires) And Mechanical Damage Caused By The Users Fault.C) Under The Granted Guarantee, The Contractor Covers All Costs Related To Its Implementation, In Particular: Costs Of Spare Parts, Labor Costs, Costs Of Travel To The Place Where The Machine Is Stationed Or Costs Of Transporting The Machine To The Service Point And Back, Without Any Of The Ordering Partys Own Contribution To These Costs. D) The Warranty Period Is Extended By The Time During Which The Ordering Party Could Not Use The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Occurrence Of A Defect Or Breakdown (Time From Notification To The Protocol Acceptance Of The Machine After Repair). E) The Quality Guarantee Is Not Limited By The Limit Of Operating Hours. 5. Note: If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Materials Or Devices Or Solutions, Then, In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials/Devices/Solutions. Materials Or Devices From A Specific Manufacturer Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Proposed By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Standard, A Qualitative Example Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features (Equivalent), I.E. Not Worse Than The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Material, Device, Element, And Will Accept Any Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.
