Scope Of The Order: Includes The Preparation Of A Construction And Detailed Design Together With Tender Materials For The Task: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1306G Łebieniec - Szczenurze From Km 2 + 280 To Km 3 + 150 Along With The Construction Of A Bicycle Path - Zrid Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of The Zrid Road Investment Based On The Developed Design Documentation. The Length Of The Designed Road Is 0.870 Km, Collector Road, Traffic Category Kr 3-4. Suggested Design Assumptions, Including Parameters And Construction Assumptions Of The Designed Road: - Strengthening The Structure And Widening The Road To A Width Of 6.0 M; - Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Dp 1302G At Km 3+150; - Bicycle Path Located At The Level And Next To The Road From Km 2+280 To 2+885 Side P, From 2+885 To 3+150 Side L; - Protection Of The Road Edge On Internal Curves And Ramps; - Surface Water Drainage To Existing Evaporation Ditches; - Construction Of Hardened Ramps Within The Road; - Construction Of A Service Channel Or Obtaining Exemption From The Obligation To Locate A Service Channel; - Implementation Of Industry Agreements; - Indication Of Trees To Be Cut Down; - Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Existing Culverts And Their Possible Reconstruction.2. The Study Includes: 2.1 Surveying Industry - Divisions Of Real Estate, Approximately 3 Pieces; 2.2 Road Project; 2.3 Telecommunications Industry Project: Possible Removal Of Collisions And Technological Channel; 2.4 Energy Industry Project: Possible Removal Of Conflicts; 2.5 Industry Arrangements; 2.6 Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Zrid Road Investment Based On The Developed Design Documentation.3. The Order Includes: 3.1 Execution Of The Construction Design, Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design With Longitudinal Section, Cross-Sections And Geometry Of Arches, Along With Specifications For The Execution Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate, As Well As All Other Necessary Accompanying Studies And Arrangements. 3.2 In Particular:1. Obtaining A Current Map For Design Purposes On Your Own. Requirements For The Map: - The Base Should Be Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource At The District Office In Lębork - Scale 1:500.2. Preparation Of A Complete And Detailed Inventory Of Underground And Above-Ground Utilities And Entrances. The Inventory Should Be Agreed With The Road Manager Regarding The Location Of External Devices That Have Not Yet Been Implemented In The Field Before Preparing The Map. 3. Preparation Of A Detailed Inventory Of Surfaces, Exits, Culverts, And Trees To Be Cut Down4. Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For Exemption From The Obligation To Locate A Service Duct. In Case Of Refusal, Implementation Of A Technological Channel Design.5. Preparation Of Construction And Executive Designs - 3 Copies
