Additionally, The Provision, Installation And Operation Of An Alarm System, Cctv Closed Circuit Television System And The Digital Storage Of The Records Generated Are Considered, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,628 And Other Current Regulations. Considering The Promulgation Of Law No. 21,659 On Private Security, And Its Regulations Approved By Decree No. 209, Of 2024, Of The Ministry Of Public Security And The Undersecretary Of Crime Prevention, It Is Established That Any Cost, Procedure, Adjustment Or Economic Burden That Is Generated As A Result Of The Application, Inspection Or Classification That Eventually Falls On The Municipality Of Huechuraba By Virtue Of Said Regulation, Will Be The Exclusive Responsibility Of The Company That Results. Awarded In This Tender. Likewise, The Winning Company Must Promptly Adopt All Necessary Measures To Comply With The Requirements Imposed By The Competent Authority, Without Implying Modification Of The Offered Price Or Recognition Of Additional Costs By The Municipality.
