Bread (Bisnaguinha) The Product Must Be Manufactured With Raw Materials Known To Be Of First Quality, And Must Be Prepared With; Wheat Flour Enriched With Iron And Folic Acid, According To Current Legislation; Biological Yeast, Salt, Water; It May Contain Other Ingredients That Characterize It, As Long As They Are Permitted By Current Health Legislation. May Contain Added Vitamins And Minerals Within Legal Standards. The Use Of: Dyes Of Any Nature, Artificial Flavorings Is Prohibited. Physical And Sensory Characteristics: Minimum Unit Weight Of 40 (Forty) Grams, Standardized Size, Minimum Measurements: Length 10 Cm, Height 6 Cm. Internal Packaging Method: Product Packed In Plates With Up To 27 (Twenty-Seven) Units. Sensory Characteristics: Baked Products On The Same Day Of Delivery; Shell (Golden On The Top; Brown On The Bottom, Thickness Of 1 Mm And 2 Mm And Soft Texture (Not Hard), Cream White Core, Soft Texture, Homogeneous Structure. Products Will Not Be Accepted: With Altered Odor, With Signs Of Mold Or Deterioration, With Deformation, With Characteristics Incompatible With Those Specified. Conditioning And Packaging: Plastic Packaging Disposable, Transparent, Intact, Suitable For Contact With Food, Sealed With A Complete Seal, Not Allowing Easy Opening Or Tampering. Mandatory Labeling: The Packaging Must Contain A Printed, Legible And Resistant Label, With The Following Minimum Information: Date Of Manufacture/Consumption; Product Must: Be Baked On The Same Day Of Delivery; Be Transported In Appropriate Hygienic Conditions; Comply With Health Surveillance Standards; Present Physical And Sanitary Integrity Upon Receipt. Recognized First Quality Raw Materials, Obligatorily Prepared With: Wheat Flour Enriched With Iron And Folic Acid, In Accordance With Current Legislation, Wholemeal Flour (In A Proportion Compatible With The Name Of The Product), Biological Yeast, Salt And Water. It May Contain Other Ingredients That Characterize It, As Long As Allowed By Current Health Legislation. Established In The Legislation, The Use Of Artificial Colors And Flavors Is Prohibited. The Unit Must Contain A Minimum Of 40 Grams Per Unit, With Minimum Measurements Of: 10 Cm In Length And 6 Cm In Height. And Brown At The Bottom, With A Thickness Of At Least 1 To 2 Mm (Not Hard, Soft) And A Creamy-White Crumb. The Breads Must Be Packaged In Disposable Plastic Packaging, Intact And Suitable For Food. Readable With The Information On The Date Of Manufacture, Expiry Date/Consumption And Quantity/Weight Contained In The Packaging. The Administration May Refuse The Product If: It Does Not Meet The Technical Specifications, Presents A Weight Lower Than The Minimum Required, Is Outside The Appropriate Sanitary Conditions And Presents An Irregularity.
