The Synthetic Grass Must Be Made Of Polyethylene (Pe) Or Polypropylene (Pp), With High Resistance To Continuous Use And Weathering Weatherproof, Having The Following Minimum Characteristics: • Yarn Height: 12 Mm (± 10%) • Yarn Type: Monofilament Or Fibrillated • Base (Backing): Double Layer With Reinforcement And Latex Or Resin Finish • Color: Green With Variations For Natural Appearance • Protection Against Uv Rays • Drainage System By Perforated Base • Minimum Density 8,000 Stitches/M² •Minimum Roll Width: 2.00 Meters The Contract Must Cover, Obligatorily, The Complete Execution Of The Installation Services, Including:•Cleaning And Preparation Of The Area •Leveling And Regularization Of The Ground Or Existing Floor •Application Of Base Layer (Sand, Stone Dust Or Similar), When Necessary •Compacting Of The Surface •Supply, Cut, Adjust And Position The Synthetic Grass •Adequate Fixation Using Specific Glue, Union Tapes, Staples Or Similar •Execution Of Splices Between Blankets, Guaranteeing A Uniform Finish •Final Brushing To Align The Fibers •Final Cleaning And Delivery Of The Area Ready For Use Considering The Destination For Playground Use, Installation Should Prioritize Safety Of Users, May Include A Damping Layer (Eva, Rubber Or Similar Material) Under The Synthetic Grass, In Order To Reduce Impacts In Case Of Falls. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Stages Of The Service, Including Transport, Loading And Unloading The Materials, As Well As For The Correct Execution And Final Finish, Guaranteeing The Durability And Quality Of The Service Provided. The Measurement Will Be Taken In Meters Squares (M²), Including The Supply And Complete Installation Of The Material.
