For The Holder Of The Future Contract, This Involves Providing The Electronic Payment Services And Applications Necessary For The Payment Of Fines Resulting From All Of The Automated Processing Chains Managed By Antai, And Certain Other Debts Coming From The Dgfip. The Different Payment Channels Are As Follows: • Websiteamendes.Gouv.Fr (Tai – Telepayment Of Fines Via Internet) For Users; • Parking.Gouv.Fr Site (Tfi – Telepayment Of Fps Via Internet), Intended For Users; • Smartphone Application (Tam – Telepayment Of Fines On Mobile), Intended For Users; • Interactive Voice Server (Ivr), For Users; • Cash Payment: Pai Application (Payment Of Fines Via Intranet), Used By Dgfip Agents To Collect Payments From Users; • Payment At Approved Points Of Sale (Pva) Used By Tobacconists Approved By The Dgfip, For The Collection Of User Payments; • Immediate Payment On The Roadside To Law Enforcement: O Payment Using Mobile Payment Terminals (Mpos Type Equipment) Equipping Law Enforcement Agents, Connected To The Pve Application And Whose Distribution Logistics Are Provided By The State (7,500 Mpos On The Ground To Date); O Mobile M-Commerce Type Payment From The Users Smartphone Via The Tai Websites, And The Tam Mobile Application, And Interfaced With The Pve Application Of Law Enforcement Agents. The Holder Must Also Ensure The Hosting, Operation And Application Maintenance Of The Following Systems: • Remote Payment Of Fps Via Internet (Tfi); • Electronic Payment Of Fines Via Internet (Tai); • Electronic Payment Of Fines Via Mobile Application (Tam); • Interactive Voice Server (Ivr); • Application Available On The Dgfip Intranet (Pai); • Intranet Application For Administration And Supply Of Certificates To Authorized Sales Points Used At The Dgfip; • Fine Payment Applications At Authorized Points Of Sale, Excluding Cash Register Software; • Api For Cash Register Software Publishers For Pvas; • Electronic Payment Database Interfaced With The Psp Electronic Payment System, The Business Information Systems Of Antai And The Dgfip. Finally, The Holder Must Provide State Services With Mobile Payment Terminals (Mpos Type) Connected To The Pve Application And Ensure Their Deployment, Configuration And Maintenance. It Must Also Be Able To Ensure An Increase In The Number Of Terminals Made Available.
