Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Modernization Of The Line Prague-Výstaviště – Prague-Dejvice – Stage I – Tunnel. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Modernization Of The Praha-Výstaviště - Praha Dejvice - Stage I - Tunnel Is: A) Creation Of The Project Documentation For The Construction Of The Railway (Pdps) In The Bim Mode, Which Elaborates And Defines The Requirements For The Construction In Details That Specify The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Is The Basis For The Tendering Process For The Construction Of The Construction, Including The Assessment Of Conformity Or Suitability For The Use Of The Interoperability Element Or The Ec Declaration Of Verification Of The Subsystem Notified Body. B) Processing Of The Work In Bim Mode And Creation Of The Bim Information Model According To Sod Annex No. 11 Bim Protocol, Including All Its Annexes. The Information Model Is A Part Of The Work And Will Be Processed, Discussed And Submitted Continuously And Together With Other Parts Of The Work According To Annex No. 4 Of The Sod – Price Breakdown Of The Subject Of The Contract And Schedule. C) Creation Of The Project Plan Update (Azp) In Accordance With The Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Transport Infrastructure Events Financed By The State Fund For Transport Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As The Md Rules). The Customer Reserves The Scope Of This Performance As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Performance On The Basis Of The Customers Instructions If The Estimated Investment Costs Are Exceeded By 10% Or In Case Of Fundamental Changes To The Technical Solution Of The Building. The Scope Of Azp Processing Will Be For The Section Prague-Výstaviště (Outside) – Prague-Veleslavín (Outside). D) Performance Of The Supervision Of The Designer During Construction. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Provided In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation.
