The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Protection Services For The Area, Facilities And Property At The Military Institute Of Armament Technology And Selected Facilities Of The Central Military Metrology Center In The Scope Of: 1) Permanent Protection Of The Area, Facilities And Property Of The Military Institute Of Armament Technology (Hereinafter Referred To As Witu) In The Main Complex In Zielonka (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), Obd Witu In Stalowa Wola (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) And Drawsko Pomeranian Voivodeship (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) As Well As Selected Facilities Of The Central Military Metrology Center In Zielonka (Hereinafter Referred To As Cwom); 2) Emergency Protection Of The Area, Facilities And Property Of Witu And Convoys Of Property (Including In Particular Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives Or Other Dangerous Materials) In All Witu Facilities And Indicated Facilities In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, As Well As Convoys Of Classified Materials Classified As Secret, Including From/To The Witu Facility In Zielonka And Indicated Facilities In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, And Also The Use Of The Contractors Vehicles - To Transport Employees Specialized Armed Protective Formation (Sufo); 3) Handing Over To The Police Or Military Police Persons Captured While Performing Protective Tasks; 4) Cooperation With The Military Police And The Police, On The Terms Specified In Separate Regulations; 5) Performing Other Tasks Specified For Sufo In The Witu Security Plan, The Witu Classified Information Protection Plan, And The Witu Fire Protection Plan. 6) Protection, Based On Protection Plans At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Of The Area, Facilities And Property Of Witu And Cwom After The Announcement Of Mobilization, The Introduction Of Martial Law Or During The War. 7) Daily Operation, In All Facilities Subject To Protection, Of Technical Systems Supporting Physical Protection, Including The Television Surveillance System (Tsn), The Intruder Alarm System (Sswin), The Access Control System (Skd) And The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) Installed, Operated And Maintained By The Ordering Party. 8) Handing Over To The Police, Military Police Or Other Authorized Authorities Persons Captured While Performing Protective Tasks. 9) Performing Protective Activities Provided For In The Classified Information Protection Plan Of The Ordering Party, In The Part Regarding Procedures For Dealing With Classified Materials Classified As Secret In The Event Of An Emergency. 2. Detailed Tasks And Method Of Operation Of Sufo Will Be Specified In The Instructions For The Protection Of Witu And Cwom Facilities By Sufo. 3. Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order, As Well As The Method Of Documenting Employment Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Fulfillment Of This Requirement Are Specified In: 1) Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of The Service In The Field Of Protection Of Land, Facilities And Property At The Military Institute Of Armament Technology And In Selected Facilities Of The Central Military Metrology Center, 2) Designed
