The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Service And Repairs (Hereinafter Referred To As Service) Of Seven Hundred And Forty-Two (742 Units) Civil Service Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Sdp) Including Electric Cars At The Providers Workplaces. Specifically, These Spds Are: • Passenger Car In Civilian Version • Passenger Car In Civilian Version With Hidden Vrz • Passenger Car In Civilian Version Electric Car. The Types And Quantities Of Pieces May Vary During The Duration Of The Contractual Obligation. Comprehensive Service Means - Provision Of Ongoing Repair Work, Warranty And Post-Warranty Service In Accordance With Procedures, Rules, Warranty Conditions And Using Technical Means Specified Or Recommended By The Vehicle Manufacturer. This Also Includes Carrying Out Regular Service Inspections, Repairs After Traffic Accidents, Routine Repairs, Repairs And Replacements Of Engines, Gearboxes And Axles. In A Limited Number Of Cases, It Involves The Provision And Execution Of The Emission Test And Mot Of Vehicles. The Provider, If He Does Not Have An Authorization, Is Obliged To Order Warranty Repairs And Deliver Them To An Authorized Service Center, While The Client Does Not Allow The Charging Of Any Fee For Transport Or Handling When Transporting The Sdp To An Authorized Service Center. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts In The Sense Of § 35 And § 101 Zzvz, As The Subject Of Performance Is An Operationally And Organizationally Integrated Set Of Activities, The Division Of Which Would Lead To A Disproportionate Increase In The Administrative, Time And Coordination Burden And To A Reduction In Efficiency When Ensuring The Operation Of The Contracting Authoritys Official Means Of Transport.
