The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Thermal Energy For Heating And Water Heating In The Clients Premises, For A Fixed Period Of Five (5) Years From The Date Of Signing The Contract, In An Estimated Volume Of Approximately 49,000 Gj/Year. The Supply Of Heat Energy For Heating And Hot Water Heating Will Be Provided By The Selected Supplier Through The Main Source Of Heat Energy, Which Must Be Independent Of The Back-Up Source Of Heat Energy Listed Below. The Main Source Of Heat Energy - The Heat Exchanger Station - Is Currently Provided By The Company Pražská Teplárenská, A.S., And Is Connected To The Existing Distribution Network Belonging To This Company. The Exchanger Station Is Not Owned By The Client. The Back-Up Source Of Heat Energy For Heating And Hot Water Heating, Which Will Be Used During The Execution Of The Contract Only In The Back-Up Source Of Heat Energy Mode, Which Must Ensure The Supply Of Heat Energy For The Entire Premises Of The Employer, Even In The Event Of A So-Called Blackout, Is A Gas Boiler With A Total Heat Input Of 9.04 Mw, Located On The Premises Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Declares That It Is Competent To Manage The Property Of The State, Which Is The Boiler House Building Without No. And Technological And Technical Equipment Of The Gas Hot Water Boiler Room Located In The Boiler Room Building. The Supply Of Thermal Energy Must Meet All Legislative And Ecological Requirements Given By The Relevant Laws And Decrees. In Its Offer, The Participant Shall Demonstrate The Ability To Ensure Real-Time Supply Of Thermal Energy From Another Source, Which Will Serve As The Main Source Of Thermal Energy, With The Provision That The Energy Source For This Main Source Will Not Be Natural Gas. In Case Of Non-Compliance With This Condition By The Contracting Authority, The Participants Offer Will Be Rejected And The Participant Will Be Excluded From Participation In The Tendering Process.
