Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Recovery And Disposal Of Mixed Municipal Waste, Bulky Waste, Small Construction Waste, Biodegradable Waste And Sorted Components Of Municipal Waste. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Management Of Municipal Waste, I.E. Services Connected With The Collection, Transportation And Recovery Or Disposal Of Municipal Waste, Disinfection And Cleaning, Including Its Sorted Components And The Operation Of Collection Yards In The Territory Of The City Of Žilina. Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Resulting From Act No. 79/2015 Coll. On Waste And On The Amendment Of Certain Acts As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act) And Related Legislation For The Period From 01.01.2027 To 31.12.2030 Inclusive (Expected Date Due To The End Of The Public Procurement And The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement With The Successful Bidder), I.E. J. For 48 Months. The Provision Of Services Will Begin No Later Than 01.01.2027, With The Exception Of Ensuring The Operation Of Collection Yards, At Which The Establishment Of The Successful Applicant (In The Legal Capacity Of The Supplier) (Hereinafter Referred To As: Applicant Or Also As: Supplier) Has A Period Of 6 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, While The Successful Applicant Himself Ensures Their Establishment (E.G. Suitable Location, Technical Equipment, Etc.). This Time Frame Is Considered Sufficient To Ensure The Technical, Personnel And Legislative Provision Of The Service, While The Successful Bidder Alternatively, Instead Of Setting Up Collection Yards, The Bidder May Rent The Collection Yards, With The Said Costs Being Borne By The Bidder Himself. In The Event That The Applicant Cannot Establish Collection Yards And Ensure Their Proper Operation Within A Period Of 6 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, The Customer May Provide The Supplier With Mobile Collection Yards Owned By The Customer, The Rental Of Which Will Be Dealt With In A Separate Contract, For The Period Until The Applicant Ensures The Proper Establishment And Operation Of Collection Yards. The Applicant Therefore Acknowledges That Waste Collection Through Mobile Yards Is A Temporary Alternative.
