The Futurewatercampus Is A Highly Specialized New Research Building For The Development Of Innovative Water Technologies In Various Areas. The Building Serves Both Internal Research And External Scientific Collaboration. The Subject Of The Project Management Services Owed By The Contractor Are The Basic Services Of Project Level 1 According To The Tiered Performance Profile Of The Aho Series Of Publications No. 9 (6Th Edition, As Of May 2025, Appendix B). The Aim Of Project Management Is To Provide The Client With Comprehensive Support In The Development, Structuring And Strategic Orientation Of The Ude Futurewatercampus Construction Project In Project Stage 1 - Project Preparation, And To Create The Prerequisites For A Technically, Economically And Time-Sustainable Project Decision. In Addition, The Client Can Optionally Transfer Project Management Services For Project Stages 2 To 5 To The Contractor In Accordance With The Contractual Regulations In Accordance With The Aho Series Of Publications No. 9 (6Th Edition, As Of May 2025, Appendix B). If The Options For Project Stages 2 To 5 Are Exercised, The Aim Of Project Management Is To Support And Control The Client In The Respective Commissioned Project Stages In Such A Way That The Quality, Cost And Timely Implementation Of The Construction Project Is Guaranteed.
