The Valid Edition Of The Standard At The Time Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Contract, All In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements From The Procurement Documentation, And The Cost Sheet And List Of Gas Stations. The Quality Of Eurosuper 95 Bs Gasoline And Eurodiesel Bs Diesel Fuel Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Regulation On The Quality Of Liquid Petroleum Fuels (Nn 131/21, 83/25) And Other Positive Regulations In Force At The Time Of Fuel Delivery To The Customer. The Delivered Procurement Item Must Meet All Standards According To Positive Regulations In The Republic Of Croatia.
