Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kopú Bítovany. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Bítovana And In The Subsequent Parts Of The C.Ú. Lukavice, Orel, Zaječice U Chrudim And Žumberk, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre. The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Draft Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended. Kopú Will Be Solved With Special Attention To The Adjustment Of Water Management Conditions, Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Measures.
