Dsb Needs A Temporary Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Woollen Clothing To The Norwegian Civil Defence, Pending A Framework Agreement For This Entered Into By The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, Which The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency Is Affiliated To Be Ready To Make Call-Offs. Parallel Framework Agreements Will Be Signed With Two Tenderers, Ranked As Supplier A And Supplier B Respectively. All Call-Offs Will First Go To Supplier A. If Supplier A Cannot Deliver The Entire Requested Volume Within The Stated Delivery Deadline, The Remaining Volume Shall Be Called Off From Supplier B. The First Call-Off On This Framework Agreement, With A Delivery Deadline In Medio September 2026. Further Call-Offs, Currently Without A Defined Delivery Deadline, Can Be Made During 2026, Provided That The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency ́S Framework Agreement Is Not Ready For Call-Offs In This Period.
