Tenders Are Invited For Domestic Appliances – Public Tender For Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Hot Beverage Solutions As Well As Technical Service And Repair
Domestic Appliances – Public Tender For Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Hot Beverage Solutions As Well As Technical Service And Repair. The Offered Framework Agreement Covers The Purchase Of Hot Drink Solutions As Well As Technical Service And Repair. The Supplier Must Provide A Guarantee Of Two Years On Newly Purchased Hot Drink Solutions. In The Same Period, The Establishment And Terrain Command (Etk) And The Supplier Enter Into A Service Agreement That Includes All Technical Service And Repair. The Service Agreement Includes An Option To Extend Service Agreements For The Newly Purchased Hot Beverage Solutions For 2 X 24 Months, I.E. Years 3 And 4 And Years 5 And 6. Etk Can Continue To Make Use Of The Option To Extend Service Agreements After The Expiry Of The Framework Agreement, To The Extent That The Value Of The Framework Agreement Has Not Been Exhausted. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Contains An Option To Purchase Ad Hoc Service Inspection And Repair On The Newly Purchased Hot Beverage Solutions To The Extent That Etk Chooses Not To Extend The Service Agreement. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Option To Purchase Service And Repair Of 120 Hot Drink Solutions Of The Type Amino Optifresh, Which Have Been Purchased By Etk In 2024 And 2025. The Framework Agreement Is Offered With A Term Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Is Nationwide And Thus Includes Non-Bridgeable Islands. The Framework Agreement Is Awarded To One Supplier, Who Must Be Able To Deliver To The Armed Forces Establishments Throughout The Country. In Addition To Etk, The Ministry Of Defences Materiel And Procurement Agency And The Ministry Of Social Security And Emergency Preparedness Are Covered By The Framework Agreement With The Option Of Drawing On The Framework Agreement And On The Basis Of This Entering Into Concrete Agreements With The Supplier. Due To The Financial Scope Of The Framework Agreement, Purchases Made By The Ministry Of Defences Materiel And Procurement Agency And The Ministry Of Social Security And Preparedness Must Be Registered By Etks Center For Procurement. The Framework Agreement Does Not Cover Greenland And The Faroe Islands.
