Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Centralization Of Wastewater And Sludge Treatment In The Ransbach-Baumbach District - Connection To Pond Treatment Plants. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of Planning Services For Engineering Structures (§ 43 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9) And The Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment (§ 55 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9). In Addition To The Basic Services According To Hoai, The Awarding Of Special Services Is Also The Subject Of This Award Procedure. Further Details Can Be Found In The Engineering Contract Attached To The Tender Documents. The Special Services Are Described And Listed In Appendix 2 Of The Engineering Contract. The Client Has Planned To Award These Services In Stages: In Service Level 1, Service Phases 1 To 4 For The Respective Property And Specialist Planning As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases Are To Be Commissioned. In Service Level 2, Service Phases 5 To 9 Should Be Commissioned For The Respective Property And Specialist Planning As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. The Commissioning Of Service Level 2 Is Subject To The Suspensive Condition That The Client Requests This In Writing Or In Text Form By Way Of Extending The Order. There Is Therefore No Legal Entitlement To The Commissioning Of Services/Levels That Go Beyond Performance Level 1. For The Processing Of Further Service Phases/Service Levels, Appropriate Processing Times Will Be Agreed Upon When Commissioned.
