Repair And Maintenance Services Of Mechanical Building Installations – Single Party Framework For The Provision Of Maintenance Of Powered Security Barriers, Electric Gates And Powered Roller Shutters For Limerick City And County Council - 2026. The Works Involve The Servicing And Inspection And Testing, By A Suitably Qualified And Experienced Specialist Firm, Of Existing Powered Security Barriers, Electric Gates And Powered Roller Shutters In Full Compliance With The Relevant Standards For A Thirty Six {36} Month Period. In Addition To A Programme Of Planned Visits To Each Location The Following Will Be Carried Out: The Provision Of A Maintenance Call Out Service, To Be Paid For On The Basis Of A Fee Per Call Out As Quoted In This Tender For All Locations.
