Building-Cleaning Services – Cleaning Of Tec Charleroi Buildings. The Services Covered By This Contract Concern The Maintenance And Cleaning Of Buildings, Including In Particular Offices, Administrative Premises, Sanitary Facilities, Meeting Rooms, Common Areas As Well As Any Other Premises Listed In The Technical Specifications. The Tenderer Will Carry Out All The Tasks Necessary To Maintain A Level Of Cleanliness In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including In Particular: • Routine Cleaning Of Floors, Surfaces, Furniture And Equipment; • Disinfection Of Contact Points And Sensitive Areas According To Defined Frequencies; • Emptying And Replacing Trash And Wastebasket Bags; • Dust Removal From Accessible Horizontal And Vertical Surfaces; • Cleaning And Maintenance Of Sanitary Facilities; • Management Of Consumables (Paper, Soap, Hand Towels, Etc.) When Planned; • Any Other Service Described In The Technical Specifications Or Necessary For The Proper Maintenance Of The Premises. In Addition, The Contract Also Includes A Complete Cleaning Of The Interior And Exterior Windows Of All The Buildings Concerned. This Service Will Be Carried Out Every Two Months, According To A Schedule Established In Consultation With The Managing Official. It Includes: • Window Washing; • Cleaning Window Frames, Frames And Sills; • The Use Of Suitable Means (Poles, Baskets, Etc.) When Necessary. All Services Must Be Carried Out In A Professional, Regular Manner And In Compliance With Current Health And Safety Standards.
