The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Construction Plan With Details Of The Construction Project In The Scope According To Annex No. 1, Including The Provision Of Engineering Activities (Binding Opinions Of Utility Network Managers, Decisions, Statements, Consents, Assessments Or Other Measures Of The Concerned Authorities And Legal Entities Concerned), Negotiation Of The Construction Plan, Including Obtaining A Decision On The Construction Plan And Verification Of The Construction Project, Carrying Out The Supervision Of The Designer Over The Construction Of The Building (Professional Authorial Supervision) Over The Implementation Of The Construction Works According To The Submitted Project Documentation, And That Professionally Qualified A Person According To Act No. 138/1992 Coll. On Authorized Architects And Authorized Construction Engineers, As Amended, With A Professional Focus On The Required Subject Of The Work During The Entire Implementation Period, Which Will Serve As A Basis For Processing The Subject Of The Contract.
