The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Collection, Transport And Management Services Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Włoszakowice Commune And The Organization Of The Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Act, Which Will Consist In Repeating Similar Services Identical To The Basic Subject Of The Contract For A Period Not Longer Than 6 Months Or Up To An Amount Equivalent To 100% Of The Basic Contract. The Repeated Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Basic Contract. The Order Will Be Awarded Provided That The Current Contractor Performed The Services Covered By The Basic Order With Due Diligence And That The Contractor Accepts The Essential Terms And Conditions Of The Current Contract. As A Result Of Negotiations, The Parties Will Agree On The Remuneration And The Deadline For Completing Such An Order. A Similar Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms Specified In The Basic Contract.
