O. - Hereinafter Referred To As The Designer) Along With The Need To Order Appropriate Changes To Its Content Due To The Necessary Required Updating Of Medical Technology In Accordance With The Description Of Changes To Opz_Final_12/02/2026.7Zip 3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment; 4) Ensuring The Preparation Of Construction Facilities By The General Contractor Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Gwrb); 5) Ensuring That Gwrb, Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors Can Use The Electricity And Water Connections; 6) Enforcing From Gwrb The Necessary Documents To Obtain An Occupancy Permit; 7) Active Participation In Activities On The Construction Site, Conferences And Coordination Meetings Conducted By The Ordering Party. The Above Obligation Applies To The Supervision Manager And Any Other Person Required By The Order Documents, In Accordance With The Stage Of Investment Implementation. Notwithstanding The Above, Supervision Inspectors Are Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of Supervision And Action In Accordance With The Progress Of Works Or Events On The Construction Site; 8) Ensuring The Preparation And Obtaining Of The Necessary Expert Opinions, Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of The Design Documentation, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit; 9) Participation In All Acceptance Of Works (Monthly, Carried Out For Settlement Purposes, Including Partial, Final And Final), As Well As Tests, Examinations And Measurements To The Extent Necessary For Final Acceptance And Obtaining The Appropriate Administrative Decision Issued By An Authorized Public Administration Body.
