The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of The Electronic File Service System (Ess), In Particular All Necessary Software Equipment At All Levels, Including The Provision Of All Necessary Licenses, Provision Of A Communication Interface (Api) For Connection With Other Internal And External Information Systems Of The Contracting Authority, Integration Of Ess Into The Contracting Authoritys Environment, All Work Connected With The Implementation Of The Optimization Of The Ess System, Migration And Validation Of Data From The Contracting Authoritys Currently Used Ess System, Training Of Ess Users, Delivery Complete System Documentation In Online Form Incl. Current Instructions For Ess Users And The Development Of An Exit Plan According To The Terms Of Reference, The Public Procurement Contract And Its Annexes; B) Provision Of Ess Service Support; C) Provision Of Ess Development And D) Development Of An Exit Plan And Cooperation In Its Implementation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Minimum Technical Conditions (See Below) And The Requirements Of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, Including The Requirements Arising From Its Implementing Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., On Security Measures Of Regulated Service Providers In The Regime Of Higher Obligations (Decree On Cyber Security), The Offer Of The (Selected) Supplier And Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Arising From The Negotiations On Suppliers Preliminary Bids, By The Public Procurement Contract [The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Negotiated And Drawn Up As Part Of Negotiations On Preliminary Bids And Termination Of Negotiations On Preliminary Bids And Will Be Part Of The Submission Of (Final) Bids].
