Software Package And Information Systems – Intelligent Applications And Actions In The Context Of The Digital Transformation Of The Municipality Of Lefkada. The Supply Of The Following Smart City Applications And Systems: ● Smart Pedestrian Crossings And Disabled-Friendly ● Smart Energy Management Systems For Municipal And School Buildings ● Municipal Cemeteries Management System And File Digitization ● Nursery Management And Parent Information Platform With A Smart Application ● Management Of Indoor And Outdoor Sports, Culture, Entertainment Spaces ● Electronic Payment Management System ● Integrated Cyber Attack Protection Infrastructure (Networkfirewall, Endpointsecurity, Waf, Etc.) ● Central Single Platform For Management And Data Collection Of Digital Transformation Actions For The Signing Of The Contract, The Provision Of A Guarantee Of Good Performance Is Required, In Accordance With Article 72 Par. 4 Of Law 4412/2016, The Amount Of Which Amounts To 4% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract And Is Deposited Until The Signing Of The Agreement. In Addition, A Performance Guarantee Is Required For The Repair Of Defects Arising Or Damages Caused By Malfunctioning Of The Goods During The Performance Guarantee Period. The Amount Of The Performance Guarantee Is Set At 2% Of The Value Of The Contract And Is Increased By 1% For Each Additional Year Of Guarantee Offered By The Prospective Contractor Beyond The First Two (2). The Warranty Period For The Good Operation Or Maintenance Of The Supply Is Defined As At Least Two (2) Years From The Date Of Receipt By The Competent Committee.
