Technical Inspection And Testing Services – Project Management Assistance Mission Coordinator Of Overall Tests And Tests At The T13 Phase 2 Interfaces. The Purpose Of The Contract Services Will Be To Carry Out An Assistance Mission From The Project Owner (Amo) Coordinator Of The Tram T13 Phase 2 Project, Which Extends From Lisière-Pereire To Saint-Germain-En-Laye To Achères, Via Poissy, For:  The Management Of Overall Tests Over The Scope Of The Entire Operation;  Assistance For Testing The Interface Zones Between The Different Project Management Perimeters (Moa), Particularly The Transition Zone;  The Management Of Urban Dynamic Tests, In Conjunction With The Project Managers (Moe) (Moe Ligne / Moe Smr Systèmes) And The Rolling Stock Amo;  Management Of Tests At The Maintenance And Storage Site (Smr) At Versailles-Matelots, In Conjunction With The Smr Systèmes Moe;  Coordination Of The Production Of The Test Authorization File (Dae) And Until Validation By The Strmtg And Obtaining The Test Authorization;  Coordination Of The Production Of The Test Circulation Regulations. This Mission Aims To Ensure The Co-Piloting Of These Tests And All Stakeholders, With The Sncf Test Coordinator, And In Conjunction With The Moe/Amo, While Providing An Overall Vision To Ensure The Completeness Of The Tests And Trials Necessary For The Commissioning Authorization, As Well As The Demonstration Of The Performance Of The Line, Within The Framework Of An Organization Optimized According To The Constraints Of The Different Perimeters But Also Of The Existing Commercial Service On The T13 Tram Line Phase 1. For The Tests Relating To The Interfaces, In Particular The Transition Zone, The Amo Essais Provides Assistance In The Programming, Organization And Implementation Of These Tests While Respecting The Safety Constraints Of The Instructor Services Concerned In Particular. This Includes In Particular:  Across The Entire Line: • The General Organization Of The Tests And The Coordination Of Stakeholders From The Test Preparation Period Until The Formalization Of The Test Results; • The Operational Implementation Of Validation Tests Of The Transverse Transport System At Several Moa Perimeters.  In The Transition Zone: The Mission Also Consists Of Providing Assistance In The Programming, Organization And Operational Implementation Of The Tests. The Services Concern The Perimeter Under Project Management Of Ile-De-France Mobilités, Including The Urban Route Between Poissy And Achères, Crossing The Northern Part Of The Saint-Germain Forest, The Urban Maintenance Center And The Riverine Reconstitutions Prior To The Work On The Urban Route.
