The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare A Geomechanical Analysis And Design Documentation For The Protection Of Dry Mining Chambers Numbered Viii/15, Viii/14 And Viii/13 On Level Viii In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation, And To Exercise Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform A Geomechanical Analysis For The Chamber Area At Pos. Viii Of The Mine Covered By The Concept For The Location Of The New Main Pumping Station And Retention Tanks On Level Viii, Taking Into Account The Ventilation Gallery Planned To Be Constructed In This Concept To The Kościuszko Shaft, Connecting Chamber Viii/15 With The Kościuszko Shaft, 2) Developing A Technical Design For Securing The Chambers On Level Viii In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Including Chambers Numbered Viii/15, Viii/14 And Viii/13 Along With With The Entrances Of The Galleries Leading To These Chambers, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Design, Agreeing The Technical Design With The Services Of The Ordering Party And With The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Kraków Saltworks (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs), And Then Obtaining Approval Of The Agreed Technical Design By The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Mining Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), 3) Obtaining A Permit From Kzkżs To Perform The Works Covered By Technical Design - Kzkżs Operates In Accordance With The Agreement Of June 21, 2017 On Entrusting The Management Of Certain Matters Within The Competence Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kraków (Journal Of Laws Of The Małopolska Province Of June 26, 2017, Item 4200), 4) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate And Schedule Material And Financial For Works Covered By The Technical Design. 3. As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 96 Hours. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Assumptions For Preparing The Design Documentation Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Contract. 6. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Indicated In Point 1.2. Subpoints 2 - 4 (Stage Ii) Is The Ordering Partys Option. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right If The Results Of The Geomechanical Analysis Confirm The Possibility Of Securing The Workings Covered By This Analysis, Indicated In Point 1.2, Point 1, In A Way That Will Enable The Construction Of New Reservoirs And The Main Drainage Pumping Station In Them, In Accordance With The Assumptions Included In The Concept For The Location Of The New Main Pumping Station And Retention Reservoirs On Level Viii Developed By The Ordering Party, Constituting Annex No. 15 To The Contract.
