The Municipality Is Looking For A Future-Proof And Coherent Waste Information Landscape That Supports The Entire Waste Chain And In Which Processes, Systems And Data Flows Are Structurally And Manageably Connected. The Agreement Is Entered Into For An Initial Term Of Four (4) Years. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement Three (3) Times For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Ten (10) Years. Given The Nature And Complexity Of The Assignment, The Client Considers This Maximum Duration To Be Proportionate. The Assignment Concerns An Integrated Waste Information System, Which Involves Interdependencies Between Various System Components, Links With Other (Municipal) Systems And A Necessary Guarantee Of The Continuity Of Services. The Assignment Covers The Complete Lifecycle Of The System, Including Implementation, Migration, Integration, Management And Further Development. Based On Current Insights, The Annual Order Value Is Estimated At Approximately €590,000 (Including All Optional Parts). The Total Estimated Order Value Is Approximately €5,900,000 For Maximum Duration. The Estimated Total Order Value Is Based On Historical Data Of The Current (Partly Separate) Parts And Relevant Future Expectations And Serves As An Indication Only. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate.
