Tree-Cutting Services – Cleaning Easements Of Power Lines From The Transmission Network Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Served By The Varna Ministry Of Education And Culture. Pursuant To The Public Order, Services Will Be Provided For The Cleaning/Restoration Of The Easement Areas Affecting Land In Forest And Non-Forest Areas (Urbanized, Agricultural, Protected, Disturbed Areas For Restoration) Of The Power Lines Of The Transmission Network Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Served By Eso Ead, Management Of Network Operating Area Varna (Umer Varna): - With Nominal Voltages 110, 220 And 400 Kv; - With Arrangement Of The Phase Wires - All Possible. - With One Or Two Triples Per Pillar Line. The Following Main Activities Are Planned To Be Carried Out: • Removal Of Tree And Shrub Vegetation In The Easement Area In Forest And Non-Forest Territory (Clearing) - Machine Method; Shredding Of The Vegetation Located Within The Boundaries Of The Clearing With Mulching Techniques, Not Requiring Removal Of The Shredded Wood Or Uprooting Of The Cut Trees And Bushes, Their Removal To The Left Or Right Border Of The Easement And Alignment Of The Terrain With A Bulldozer. • Removal Of Tree And Shrub Vegetation In The Easement Area In Forest And Non-Forest Territory - Manual Method; Cutting Down The Vegetation Located Within The Boundaries Of The Clearing And Removing The Waste And Unusable Wood To The Left Or Right Border Of The Clearing. • Felling And Removal Of Wood To Temporary Storage (Logging). Felling, Pruning Branches Of The Felled Trees, Dispersing The Pruned Stems, Moving The Rounded Assortments To A Temporary Warehouse, Arranging The Rounded Assortments In A Temporary Warehouse (On The Left Or Right Border Of The Easement Strip) And Moving The Cut And Unusable Wood To The Left Or Right Border Of The Easement Strip. Felling, Pruning Branches Of The Felled Trees, Dispersing The Pruned Stems, Moving The Rounded Assortments To A Temporary Warehouse, Outside The Easement Strips In The Sense Of The Law On Forests In Order To Remove Trees That Create A Danger For The Functioning Of Infrastructure Objects Or To Prevent Dangers Threatening The Life And Health Of People.) The Planned Volume For Cleaning Easements For The Duration Of The Contract Is A Total Of 1,000 Decares And 300 M3 Of Wood Pulp. The Cleaning Of The Easements Will Be Carried Out In Stages, By Means Of Requests To The Contractor, In Each Of Which A Specific Route, Part Of The Power Line/S, Volume By Type Of Activities, Deadline For Implementation And The Type Of Territory Affected By The Cleaning Will Be Specified.
