The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services For The Investment: Extension Of The Bridge Along The Provincial Road No. 463, Km 26+332 In The Town Of Staniszcze Małe, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Over Construction Works, Verification Of Design Documentation And Control Of Financial Settlements Of The Task In The Following Sectors: A) Bridge, B) Road, And Performance Of Control Laboratory Tests, In Accordance With The Attached List Of Tests. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Appoint An Investors Supervision Team, Which Will Include Industry Inspectors Provided By The Contractor, In Particular: A) Road Industry Inspector, B) Bridge Industry Inspector, C) Technologist Specialist, D) Laboratory Services, E) Geodetic Specialist, F) Geotechnician Specialist, G) Settlement Specialist. The Resident Engineer Will Be The Coordinator Of The Contractual Obligations. Moreover, The Contractor Undertakes, If The Composition Of The Investors Supervision Team Is Insufficient For The Comprehensive Implementation Of Services, To Provide And Appoint Other Necessary Specialists For The Proper Implementation Of This Order, As Part Of The Remuneration Offered In The Offer. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Specification.
